To kick off this year’s Black History Month, Ebony Magazine printed a magazine issue for the first time in nearly three years. The issue celebrates women in fields like science, technology, engineering, and math, in partnership with OLAY’s STEM inclusion campaign, “Decode the Bias,” in an effort to nudge younger women of color towards the sciences.
